  • net start wuauserv
  • net start cryptSvc
  • net start bits
  • net start msiserver

  4. While the computer boots up, you can try launching the Windows Store and see whether or not it effectively loads up.

Solution 4: Turn on TLS

If none of the above-listed solutions have worked for you, there may be an issue because TLS is turned off on your device. If that’s the case, simply turning on TLS may troubleshoot this issue. In order to turn on the TLS on your Windows 10 device, follow these steps:

  1. Launch the Start Menu.
